In 2024, Amy founded The Dissolved Water Studio, a reservation-only educational space. The studio offers courses on water quality and coffee, as well as water tasting and water pairing experiences. She is dedicated to exploring cross-industry collaboration opportunities related to water and is enthusiastic about future interdisciplinary water events. Amy aims to continually research and curate sensory experiences of all things liquid, providing unique sensory education centered around the concept of "dissolution" .
The name "The Dissolved" reflects the essence of what water is all about—dissolution. Everything about water relates to its ability to dissolve substances, which is a fundamental aspect of water quality and its impact on taste, texture, and overall sensory experience. This concept is at the heart of The Dissolved Water Studio's mission to explore and educate about the complexities of water and its interactions with various elements, especially in the context of beverages like coffee and tea.
